Copyright 1997-2001 by Hesky-Data Software (in the following: the author).
All rights reserved.

This program is shareware, that means you may test it for a period
of 30 days. After this period you have to either order a user license or
you have to remove it from your hards disk(s) and destroy all copies.
Using Pad after this period is illegal and violates international
Copyright laws.

If you want to give the unregistered version of Pad to your friends, please use
the package, which is available from our web site. No included files
(except for those which are purposed to be. Eg. Clip libraries, Templates, ...)
may be altered or decompiled.
You may not sell or lend neither the unregistered nor the registered version
of Pad. You may sell a shareware CD that includes Pad, whereas shareware CD
is defined as a CD that includes not solely Pad, but other (useful)
applications, as well.
You have to first contact the author for authorization.

The number of registered users (and only those) may use the registration
code, which you receive after your registration. If more than one person
uses Pad, a multi user license will be needed.
This code may not be given to other, users in any way.
Especially, you're not to allowed to sell, lend or make it available for
others.

Because no software is bug-less:
IN NO EVENT SHALL HESKY-DATA SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR
ANY DAMAGES ARISING DIRECT OR INDIRECT OUT OF THE
USE OF PAD, AS FAR AS THE LAW PERMITS. IN ANY CASE IS
THE LIABILITY LIMITED TO THE REGISTRATION FEE.
Test Pad with non-critical data, because we are not liable for any damages.

With the installation and use of Pad, you confirm, that you've read and
understand this license agreement and that you'll not act in violation to it.
This agreement replaces all earlier contracts or agreements of any kind.
